HMS PRINCE OF WALES (R09) is a modern aircraft carrier of the Royal Navy of the United Kingdom. She is the second ship of the Queen Elizabeth class, with her sister ship being HMS QUEEN ELIZABETH (R08). Named after the title given to the eldest son of the British monarch, the ship was commissioned in 2019.

Like HMS QUEEN ELIZABETH, HMS PRINCE OF WALES is a large and powerful warship, measuring over 280 meters in length and with a displacement of around 65,000 tons. The carrier is equipped with advanced technology, radar systems, and an extensive air wing, which includes the latest fighter jets and helicopters.
