HMS Victory is one of the most famous and historically significant warships in British naval history.

Construction: Launched in 1765, HMS Victory was a 104-gun first-rate ship of the line built at Chatham Dockyard, England. It was one of the largest warships of its time.

Preservation: In 1922, HMS Victory was moved to a dry dock at Portsmouth Historic Dockyard, where it remains today. It has been meticulously preserved and is one of the oldest naval ships still in commission.
Legacy: HMS Victory stands as a symbol of British naval power and victory, particularly at the Battle of Trafalgar. It is also a popular tourist attraction and museum, allowing visitors to explore and learn about naval history and life aboard an 18th-century warship.
